Alberto Garcia

Alberto Perez Garcia, 66 years old of Chicago, Illinois passed away March 28, 2022 with his family by his side.

Alberto "Al" was known for his sense of humor, his amazing food and his loving heart.

Al was born in Fresnillo, Zacatacas, Mexico on April 6, 1955.

He decided to follow his brother to Illinois where he eventually met the love of his life, Karen.

Together they had a large family and many grandchildren, each of which he passed down his love of fishing.

Through the ups and downs of life he was known to love his family unconditionally and with open arms.

We will all miss his laughter but find peace knowing he is now united with his beloved mother Eugenia.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, his children and his grandchildren.  As well as all of his brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews who filled the hospital with prayers and love.

Please join the family in celebration of Al's life on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave, Franklin Park, IL.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, March 31, 2022 for prayers at 9:30 am before leaving for St. Gertrude Church for mass at 10:00 am.
