Andrew Holubowicz

Loyal, Hardworking, the life of the party and so proud of his family and the life he built.  Andrew Holubowicz, age 96, Native of Potasnia Poland, longtime resident of Franklin Park Illinois, former Reservist for the United States Government working on trucks and tankers after World War II, former meat cutter for Eckridge Sausage and Jewel Foods; beloved husband to his “kochanie” (sweetheart) Maria nee Lojko; proud father of the late Teddy (David), Christine (Larry) Kott and Steven (Juliet); Grandfather to Jeffrey Kott, Olivia and Myles Holubowicz, Great Grandfather to Cameron Kott; son of the late John and Anna, siblings to the late Frank and Ella, brother-in-law to Brygida (Zygmunt) Szymaniak, George (Donna) Lojko, nephew to Eddie (Deb) Szymaniak and Johnny Szymaniak; and many nieces, nephews and cousins in Poland.

Friends and Family will meet Friday, June 23, 2023 for a mass and Catholic Burial beginning at 10:00am at St Gertrudes Church, 9613 Schiller Street, Franklin Park
