Anita Orozco, 78, of Pingree Grove, IL, left us to be in heaven on December 21, 2020.
Born to the late Rosalia Navarrete on July 13, 1942, she was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Anita had a zest for life, she loved taking on new challenges and never afraid to try something.
She most of all loved being a wife, mother, and eventually, a grandmother.
She married Jose Ramon Orozco on September 11, 1971, and they settled into life in Schiller Park, a suburb of Chicago, where they raised 2 boys.
In 2018, they moved to Pingree Grove to be closer to their grandchildren.
Ana loved being able to watch her grandchildren grow and teaching them many things, a favorite being how to speak Spanish.
She was preceded in death by her sister Therese.
