Dennis Ciszczon

Dennis J. Ciszczon, age 69, of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, died Monday, September 6, 2021 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.

Dennis was born December 12, 1951, in Melrose Park, IL, to Thaddeus and Florence (Kolany) Ciszczon.
He married Joanne Gruenberg on May 5, 1995, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Franklin Park, IL.
Dennis was a cheerful, loveable guy who touched many.
He loved fishing, family and friends.
His greatest pastime was cooking and baking which he shared with many.
He will be missed dearly.

Dennis is survived by his wife Joanne Ciszczon of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, brother Thaddeus Ciszczon Jr. of Bolingbrook, IL, sister Kathleen Youngs of Mundelein, IL, sister-in-law Barbara Ciszczon of Schaumburg, IL, father-in-law Donald Gruenberg of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, and is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenneth Ciszczon, sister Donna Hurley, sister-in-law Karen Ciszczon, brother-in-law Lewis Youngs, and mother-in-law Dolores Gruenberg.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Dennis at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home in Franklin Park, Illinois at 4:00 PM, Saturday, September 25, 2021.
Visitation will be held prior to the Service on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home (847-678-1950).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name at UW Cancer Center at Aspirus Riverview Hospital.
