Beloved wife of the late Henry J. Lakoma.

Loving mother of Donna (Kim) Terrulli, Wayne (JoAnn) Lakoma, and Bruce (June) Lakoma.

Cherished grandmother of Brandon (Kattie(, Michael, Mark (Kristina), Kevin (Nicole), and Brittany (Daniel).

Dear Great grandmother of Brady, Cheyenne, Casey, Addison, Brooke, and Millie.

You were a beautiful part of our lives and we will greatly miss you. Your faith and guidance were an inspiration. Your love and concern were monumental. 

Visitation: Thursday, August 22, 2024 ~ 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park, Il.
Funeral Mass: Friday, August 23, 2024 ~ 10:30am St. Ladislaus Church, 3343 W. Long Ave., Chicago, Il.
Interment: St. Adalbert Cemetery
