Beloved wife of the late John 'Jack' E. O'Neill, Jr.

Loving mother of John (Patricia), Daniel (Kristen), Maureen, Nancy (Harry) Moser, William (Teresa), and the late James (Caroline).

Cherished grandmother of Kelin (Carl) Petersen, Colleen (Thomas) Casterline, Lindsay McCabe (Terry Runyon), Danielle O'Neill, Robert (Denise) Montgomery, Christopher (Shannon) Montgomery, Derek Moser, Taryn O'Neill, and Brendan O'Neill.

Adored great grandmother of Emmett, Audrey, Owen Petersen, Madison McCabe, Tyler Runyon, Ian, Benjamin Montgomery, Isabella and Callie Montgomery.

Frances was a long time Franklin park Resident. She enjoyed crocheting. She truly adored all of her children, grand children and especially the great grand children.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given in Frances's name to the Disabled American Veterans and/or your local American Legion or VFW.

Family will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Ave, Franklin Park on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 1:00 pm until time of service at 3:00 pm.

Due to the CDC guidelines the funeral home is limited to 25 people inside. Masks are required at all times inside the funeral home.

Inurnment will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
