Loving father of Dayna Lynne Barnes (Max Diaz) and Robert George (Jennifer) Barnes.
Proud and loving grandfather of Robert George Barnes, Jr., Joseph Richard Barnes, Maxx Rylan Barnes-Diaz, Ellia Rose Barnes, and Cody Howard Barnes-Diaz.
Bob had many pets who also loved him dearly.
Bob founded Display Connection, Inc. from the ground up in 1971.
In lieu of flowers, because of his love for animals, memorials to Bob's family would be appreciated. With the many different shelters and rescue facilities Bob was helping, his family will distribute any and all memorials to these various associations.

Family and friends will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Cremaotrium, 9568 Belmont Ave. Franklin Park on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service 11:00 am.
