Gina McLinn

Our dear mother and loving wife, Gina Marie McLinn, sadly passed away on Sunday, March 5^th, 2023.
Gina was born in Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park, Illinois, on January 26, 1957.
Daughter to Donald (deceased) and Elvera (deceased) Douglas, Gina’s life was filled with adventure and love and her family remained the center of it all.
She spent her younger years traveling and taking adventures with her brother Bradley (deceased) and sister Elizabeth.
Her fondest memories were sunbathing on her father’s boat on a hot summer day. 

She married Matthew McLinn and had five children: Erica, Larissa, Stephanie, Vanessa, and Adam.
She also was blessed with two grandchildren Matisyn and Morgan Moss.

Gina was a light in the dark, brightening every room as she entered with a smile, and a warm unforgettable hug.
She was never afraid to be herself.
She was eclectic with her sense of style, and quick witted with a twist of sarcasm.  

Gina was diagnosed with MS and fought admirably with strength and courage till the very end.
Along her journey, the moments that were shared and the love that was shared shall never be forgotten.
Forever beautiful and forever in our hearts.
Rest in Peace our angel in Heaven.

In Gina’s honor, we will have a private celebration of life.
Details will be provided separately.
