Henry J Lakoma, age 92, life long resident of Chicago. Beloved husband of Dolores Lakoma, nee Szadorski. Loving father of Donna (Kim) Terrulli, Wayne (JoAnn) Lakoma and Bruce (June) Lakoma. Cherished Grandfather of Brandon (Katie), Michael, Mark (Kristina), Kevin (Nicole) and Brittany.

Great grandfather of Brady, Cheyenne, Casey, Addison and Brooke.

We loved you so very much and owe so much of our lives to you. You were the most kind, gentle and honorable man to have ever walked this earth.

You knew it all, did it all and lived it all. Heaven has truly gained an angel.
