Jesus Ybarra

Jesus "Jesse" Ybarra 42, of Bensenville, IL passed away on Saturday April 25, 2015 as a result of a battle with cancer. His family and friends were by his side when he drifted off to be with the Lord. He was born to Emma and Nicolas Ybarra of Coahuila, Mexico on July 30th, 1972. Jesse went to Brian Piccolo grade school and graduated from Prosser H.S.

He was employed at All Metal for 22 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, golfing, and traveling with family and friends. Jesse was a huge sports fan; he loved the Cubs, Bulls, Blackhawks and of course he loved DaBears! Jesse was proud of his family and Mexican heritage. He loved food, music, dancing and we could always count on a good old Mexican grito when a ranchera song came on. Jesse was someone you could count on and had many friends. He loved to laugh and he loved life.

Jesse is survived by his parents Emma and Nicolas Ybarra, his brothers Nick Ybarra Jr., Luis Ybarra, Pete (Alma) Ybarra, Julian (Gigi) Ybarra, and his sisters Delia (Pete) Gonzalez, Mary (Anastacio) Calderon, Julia Wagner, and Elvira (Danny) Martinez. Several loving aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends, also survive him.

Family and friends will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium 9568 Belmont Ave. for Visition on Tuesday, April 27, from 3 pm to 9 pm, and again on Wednesday, for Prayers at 11 am. Interment will follow at Mount Emblem Cemetery, in Elmhurst, IL.
