Loving husband of Elaine. Devoted father of John and Jason. Doting grandfather of Aaron and Nicole.

Beloved son of John and Carol Campiion. Dear brother of Lisa, Tom, Pat, Tim, Jay, Jodi, and Jon.

Much loved uncle and great uncle of many nieces, nephews and gran nieces and nephews.

John was a dedicated Security Supervisor for over twenty years. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan. John loved coaching the Leyden Bears Youth Football Team; and playing Fantasy Football with his brothers and friends. John's love for the children in his life will be cherished by them always.

Visitation will begin Monday, May 23, 2022, from 6:00 pm. until 8:00 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park, IL.
