Loving husband of Kathy Lauro.
Devoted father to Joey Lauro and Angela Lauro.
Beloved son of the late Joseph Lauro, Sr. and Mary Lauro.
Dear brother of Paul Lauro and Walter Lauro.
Fond uncle of Allison Lauro.
A few words from Joseph's wife, Kathy:
Our hearts are heavy today with sadness. I lost the love of my life. His children's broken hearts are filled with love for their father and how proud they are of him. Joseph, otherwise known as "Tiny", was fighting a battle for some time now. He was a true warrior who fought hard until the end. Tiny was at the Village of Franklin Park for 42 years. He took tremendous pride in his community and enjoyed helping everyone he could in a day. His free time was always spent with his family. He loved hiking with our family and being outdoors in nature with all the wildlife. Those who knew Tiny also knew his love for coffee, he had some with him everywhere he went. He also enjoyed talking and spending time with his many friends. We will miss him always.
God bless him and may he be at peace.
