Kathleen Jacobson

Kathleen Jacobson (nee Sullivan), 88, died on September 22, 2021.
Kathleen was born and raised in Oak Park, attended Saint Edmund grammar school, Trinity High School, and Loyola University.
Kathleen and her husband, Jerome, were classmates at Saint Edmund and Loyola University, married shortly after graduation, and enjoyed a loving marriage for 66 years.

Kathleen is survived by her husband and five children, Julie (Matthew) Patterson, Margaret (Scott) Kath, Katie Hasbrouck, Matthew (Theresa) Jacobson, and John Jacobson, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Donations to Trinity High School Legacy Scholarship Fund would be appreciated.

A Memorial Service will be set at a future date.
