Kay Spencer was always helping other people whether it was delivering Meals on Wheels to shut-ins, driving cancer patients for treatment or cooking huge dinners for church. She had lots of friends and loved a good party! She loved her children and especially loved her grandchildren. Kay was an avid reader and couldn't pass up any used book store. She always had a smile, was full of life, very sweet, so positive and absolutely loved people. She had to talk to everyone she passed. Even in the hospital the nurses all commented on how adorable she was. Kay was a special person and loved by many.
