Lorraine Horak

Lorraine (nee Bork) Horak "Dolly" passed away August 28, 2010 gently and peacefully surrounded by her family after a brief illness. Dolly was the daughter of the late Frank and Ada Bork and the beloved wife and best friend of the late Frank J. Horak, loving sister of the late Lois (Ralph) Huckstorf, the late Frank (Bernice) Bork. She was a cherished and adored aunt to Ellen Fuhrman, Susan (Pete) Hamilton, John Huckstorf, Fred (Bonnie) Huckstorf, Melinda (Mike) Pecorelli, Maureen (Dave) Thompson, Marilyn (Bob) Czerniak, Betty (Charlie) Ranta, and Anne Laehmer. Dolly was a proud and great great aunt of 19 nieces and nephews and several cousins. She and Frank were avid golfers and enjoyed many years of fun at the Elmhurst Country Club, including 2 holes in 1. She was a Christian woman and very proud of her lifetime membership at St. Paul's United Church of Christ. Her family would like to thank Valeria Polencia for her kindness and excellent care these past few years.
