Lorraine Perry

Lorraine Ann Perry passed away peacefully July 26,2021.

Lorraine worked in banking for over fifty years, retiring at 86 years young. She loved her work and cherished her banking family. She enjoyed reading, traveling and keeping up with her friends on Facebook.

Lorraine spent her final years enjoying life with her son, Patrick and his wife Virginia in Louisiana. She loved spoiling her dogs with cookies daily.

Lorraine will be remembered for her sharp wit, supportive spirit and deep love for her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her four children, Charles, Jr. and his wife Maryellen, Patrick and his wife Virginia, Lori Ann and Terry; son-in-law Irvine Thom, thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, her nieces Cantrece Johnson and Melissa Johnson Pitts and her grand nephew Alex Pitts.

Lorraine has reunited in death with her husband Charles Perry, Sr., her daughter Cheryl Lynn Thom; her parents Joseph LaFave and Anne LaFave; her sister Jacqueline Johnson and her brother-in-law William Johnson

Visitation will take place at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm to honor Lorraine's memory.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 9:00 am until time of service 10:00 am.

Inurnment will follow the service at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
