A roofer for over 35 years, Manuel was a man of many interests and activities.
He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, reading books, taking road trips, and riding his Harley.
You could often find him watching soccer or talking about theories and religion.
But, most of all, Manuel loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
