Marjorie 'Ann' Thompson Mueller
Age 88, formerly of Juneau, Alaska, passed away January 14, 2017 in Dekalb, Illinois.

Ann Mueller was born in Juneau, Alaska on August 19, 1928 to Sydney Thompson and Elizabeth Madsen.
She attended School at Juneau High; where she was a cheerleader, prom queen and voted "best dressed'.
Ann married Carl Mueller on March 13, 1948 in Juneau. They lived there briefly until they settled and raised their family near Chicago in Schiller Park, Illinois. Ann and Carl were maried for 44 years.

Ann Mueller is preceeded in death by her loving husband Carl, her parents, Sydney Thompson and Elizabeth Madsen, and her sister Audrey Jean Taylor.

She is survived by her sons Carl (Laurie) Mueller, James (Bobbie) Mueller, and daughters Terry Mueller, and Geri (Michael) Diciolla; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park, Il on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service 11:00 am. Rev. Robert Weinhold of St. John Lutheran Church will be officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst, Il.
