MARK ALLEN FAHY

12/18/1957 to 03/23/2021 (suddenly) 63.

Loving husband of Patricia (Patty; nee Gershon).

Mark is preceded in death by his parents and brother. A much loved nephew to Aunts and Uncles. Mark was a professional Bowler for many years, winning the Masters Tournament (7 to 0) in May 1986 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mark continued his working life with the City of Chicago, Department of Streets and Sanitation. He was a fur-daddy to many dogs and cats through the years, showing his deep love of animals. He was a devoted loving husband and he was much loved by all his in-laws (and out-laws!), his nieces and nephews and many friends. Mark lit up a room when he walked in. He also had a deep love of music, prompting many of his friends and family to often remark that he should be on "Rock and Roll Jeopardy!" Weekends during the summer months would find Mark in the back yard with his grills! He will be sorely missed by all. A memorial for Mark celebrating his life will be held at a later date.
