Born on March 13, 1981 to proud parents Rafael and Maria Concepcion. Baby brother to Maria Concepcion and big brother Daniel Concepcion. Married for 16 years to Alysa Concepcion. The proudest father to Ganise, Alyssa, Jaiden, and Carmelo Concepcion. Nephew, cousin, uncle, godfather to so many. 

Ralfy, as we all knew him, was one of the strongest, most hard working men you’d have the honor and pleasure of meeting. Ralfy’s character and smile is what made him him… To truly know his soul was to love him. His hard exterior masked the softest most caring man you’d ever meet. He truly loved all his family and friends. An amazing yet at times annoying coworker, the “consentido” to his mother and father as he would proudly tell people and the best Dada and husband someone could wish for.   His strength is what drew people to him and he loved his profession and wore it proudly.

He leaves behind so many that love him, miss him, and cherish all the memories we were blessed to have. You’re memory, you’re story, you’re life will never be forgotten. You touched so many and take with you so much love….
