Raymond Koci

Raymond J. Koci, age 94, passed away Sunday February 15, 2015. He was a long time resident of River Grove, IL and currently resided at the Casa San Carlo Retirement Community in Northlake, IL. He was born in Chicago on May 7, 1920 to Lillian and Joseph Koci. Ray was preceded in death by his loving spouse Ruth Agnes (Mutnansky), brother Richard and sister June (Thode). He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Ray was a World War II Navy Veteran with honorable service in the South Pacific and other areas. He graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1944 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was employed for many years at Binks Manufacturing in Franklin Park, IL. Family and friends will gather Monday February 23, from 9 am until time of service at 11 am at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park, IL. Interment to Follow at Bohemian National Cemetery.
