It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Regina “Reggie” Kasper of Franklin Park, IL.
She was a caring wife, mother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on December 20, 2022, at age 79.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 45 years, Donald and her two daughters, Jennifer and Lisa.
She will also be dearly missed by numerous extended family members and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Thaddeus and Katherine (Virostek) Tomczynski; her brother James Tomczynski; and infant son Kevin.
Her body of this world may have failed but her spirit was stubbornly strong. She was very loved and will be missed terribly.
Regina was a caring and loving woman who, throughout her lifetime, devoted herself to her religion and the people around her.
She was a hard and devoted worker. She worked her whole life as a legal secretary and retired to be the church secretary at St. Maria Goretti and then St. Beatrice. She was devoted to the people around her and would do anything needed. She was very giving and generous and found such joy in helping others.
She also found joy in traveling, crocheting, participation in church services, and breakfast at McDonald’s with friends.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, on Wednesday December 28, 2022, at Holy Virgin Martyrs Parish, 4157 Atlantic Avenue, Schiller Park.
