Shirley M. Kabler

(nee Larson) Beloved and loving wife of the late George R. Kabler, mother of three proud sons Robert, William, and Thomas, grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 8, aunt and friend of many. Born 12 May 1926 , Shirley passed away quietly on 15 June 2015. A longtime resident, Shirley and George moved to Franklin Park with the two older boys in 1954; where she has resided 61 years. Her strong desire for independence caused her to retain her driver's license and annually passing her on-the-road driver's license renewal so she could shop, visit the library, and spend time with friends.
Family and Friends will gather on Thursday for Visitation from 9 am until 12 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
