Beloved husband of the late Patricia 'Pat'.
Loving father of Marilyn (Mike) Oxby, Karen (Jim) Biggs, Barbara (Bill) Horn, and Bill (Debbie) Schroeder.
Grandpa 'Pops' of Kristy (Mike) Wenz, Katy (Karl) Jahnke, Jason Biggs, Ryan, Maggie, Allie Horn, Eric, and Lauren Schroeder.
Great grandfather 'Pops' of Nicholas, annie, and Gracie.
Dear brother of Mary (Hermano 'Babe') Gualano, the late Richard (Carol) Schroeder, and the late Jane (Ed) Blanchard. Uncle of many.
Bill had a degree in economics and was a wiz with numbers and statistics.
Being an avid golfer, Bill was very proud of accomplishing a hole-in-one.
Bill had a passion for sports especially the Chicago White Sox, The Bears, The Black Hawks, the Bulls and the University of Illinois Illini. He always wanted the late sports final edition of the local newspapers to stay frequent with all of the scores.
Bill will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation Monday, Feb 27, 3:00pm to 9:00pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium 9568 Belmont Ave. Franklin Park.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, Feb 28 from 9:30 am until the time of the service 11:00am. Following the service we will process from the funeral home to Mount Emblem Cemetery for the interment service.
